Step 5 of 5 - Authorisation

We, hereby apply to become a Corporate Member of the Institute of Operational Risk and accept that we will be billed for the first year membership fee, based on the number of Corporate Representatives we wish to enrol plus an annual administration fee, upon receipt by the IOR of this completed application. The Institute of Operational Risk reserves the right to request or use any additional information as criteria to accept or reject any applicant for corporate membership, either at initial application, or at renewal.
